Magnate Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 18th October 2010 under the Indian Companies' Act 1956 (no. 1 of 1956), as a private limited co. with an objective to make a knowledge contribution in the field of Infrastructure, Finance and Real Estate.
Promoted by Mr. Ketan Mandani, a professional consultant having 15+ years of experience in the field of Infrastructure, Finance and PPP / PSP Projects, Magnate provides consulting services to clients in Private as well as Government sectors.
Determined to provide Advisory services in Infrastructure and Business sectors as well as Corporate Finance & Project Finance, Magnate is capable to provide Financial as well as complete Techno Commercial services along with well established network of experts and associates.
About the Promoter - Mr. Ketan Mandani, Director
- An Engineer - MBA with 15+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Project Advisory, Development Projects, Corporate Finance & Fund Raising.
- Worked with Government of Gujarat undertaking (Gujarat Urban Development Company Ltd. (GUDC)) for 4 years and with Private Sector Consulting Firm (Fortress Financial Services Ltd., Mumbai) for 7 years before launching his own initiative - Magnate Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. in October 2010.
